Ingredients of Natural Collagen
Aqua- The water used in Natural Collagen is a pure H2O purified through the process of reverse osmosis and distillation.
Collagen- KOLAGENA’s collagen is derived from freshwater silvercarp whose collagen hydrates have a spiral structure of 1.4 nanometers, capable of reaching the extracellular space.
Caprylyl glycol- Identical in structure to that of a natural compound, caprylyl glycol used in Natural Collagen is synthesised by the human body and acts as a moisturizing and lubricating factor. It facilitates better absorption of collagen and prevents water from escaping, thanks to the gentle lubrication effect.
Elastin- Is a naturally occurring protein in connective tissue that allows many body tissues to resume their shape after stretching or contracting. The elastin used in Natural Collagen is extracted from freshwater fish and retains its biologically active spiral structure until absorbed into the skin.
Lactic acid- Is a superior exfoliant that enhances the absorption of collagen and reveals a healthier, better looking skin. The lactic acid is obtained by means of biotechnological fermentation of sugar by the bacteria of lactic acid (Lactobacillus). Being of small molecular mass it can be easily absorbed into the skin where it loosens the corneocyte layer of the epidermis to allow for the peeling away of dry skin.
