- Skin should be clean and free from make-up
- It is recommended to use face exfoliator once or twice a week to prepare the skin for maximum absorption of collagen
- After cleaning and drying skin, moisten skin again with clean water
- Massage a very thin layer of Collagen into the skin, rub with motions along the grain of the muscles using upward movements
- Wait for 10-15 minutes before using make-up or other cosmetic products
- Apply at least twice a day
- Skin should be clean
- Prepare skin for collagen using exfoliating preparation
- After exfoliating and cleansing, moisten skin again with water
- Massage a very thin layer of Collagen into the skin, rub in a gentle motion in desired areas
- Wait for a few minutes for the gel to absorb
- A feeling of skin tightening will follow after several minutes of application
- Apply daily or at least few times a week
- Wash hair as usual and rinse thoroughly
- Massage collagen vigorously into the scalp and hair
- Leave in as a 15 minute treatment and rinse with water
- When using as a nail treatment make sure nails are clean and free from traces of nail varnish
- Rub collagen into moist hands, massaging all over, especially around the cuticles
- Can also be used for healing baths by adding 30-50ml of collagen per bathtub
Please ensure the temperature of water does not exceed 27 degrees centigrade, as it interferes with the biological structure of collagen.
